1. Use speed dial keys to speed up dialing process
A lot of telephone sets have 10 speed dial keys that can memorize 10 numbers.
You could utilize these speed dial keys to speed up dialing process. Here is
an example: a) Save 1-800 toll free number into your speed dial key #1;
b) Save your PIN# into speed dial key #2; c) Save your detination phone
numbers into speed dial key #3; d) Dial #1, wait for prompt for PIN, dial #2,
wait for prompt, then dial #3.

3. Rounding minute(s)
Time rounding is the time unit used by the manufacture to round up your talk
time. If you look at your residential phone bill, you will find all end up to
minutes. This is caused by rounding. Usually, rounding is in one minute, i.e. if
you talk for 23 min and 27 second, it will count as 24 minutes. If you have any
concern about rounding for the card you interested, please check manufacture
customer serivce.
It will not make big differences if you talk more than 20 minutes. But if you
talk less than 5 minutes, you have to watch out. Here is what you can do. Call
up customer sevice, ask your card's rounding, use a stop watch to count your
time. if it is one minute rounding, don't go over 50 seconds after integer
minutes.
4. Silence after you dial
It happens occasionally. This usually happens when system is very busy for
reserving bandwidth and routing.
Dont' hold more than 45 seconds if it is silence after you dial your number.
If less than 45 seconds, usually customer service will put back the minute you
lost.
5. Busy Signal
Usually it happens at big holidays due to high volumn of phone calls. The big
company like AT&T and Ameritech (Fortune 500 company) will do better than
other companies.
If this is a must call (i.e., for girl/boy friend's birthday), BUY our
AT&T International Phonecard! You could also avoid it by scheduling your
call at off peak time.
6. Internation/Domestic Calls
Usually each card has good rate for only one country or two.
If you find a very good rate for a specific country, don't use that card for
other countries. If there is not rate list for the country for a specific card,
that means rate is high. Don't use those card designed for international call to
make a domestic call.

2. How can I get my Instant Phonecard?

You can get you Instant Phonecard via real time request and email, after your
order has been successfully processed. You will get your pin# and instructions
within the receipt immediately after your purchase verified. In order to process
your order real time, you should enter the billing address of the credit card that
you are using. Currently, we accept Visa and Master Card.
3. How to use my Instant Phonecard?
Just simply follow the instructions sent to your email. General steps are:
- Dial 800 number provided in the instruction
- Enter your phonecard PIN
- Destination phone number
It is same as using your regular
phonecard. You can use your Instant Phonecard from home, office, and any
payphone in the United States.
4. What if I forget my PIN#?
Send us a message by clicking on "Contact Us" or email us at
"sales@seawolftech.com". Please provide your name, your e-mail address, purchase
date and time. We will resend your PIN# along with instruction if your
information matches our record. You should make every reasonable effort to
safeguard your Instant Phonecard PIN from unauthorized users.
PhonecardOnsale.com is not responsible for lost or stolen PIN.
5. How long can I keep using my Instant Phonecard?
You can keep using your Instant Phonecard within the period specified by each
phonecard (provided in your instruction) or until you have used all your money
on the card, which ever comes first. For expiration date of your Instant
phonecard, please check detail information in the instruction sent to you.
Usually, expiration date varies from one month to half year since your purchase
date.
6. What is a connection fee?
A connection fees is charged on each call made and is collected by reducing
the number of minutes left on a phonecard. Phonecards with high connection fees
are referred to as "long call" cards. They work to the advantage of a user who
talks for long periods of time, if not the entire phonecard at one time.
Phonecards that have a small connection fee or no connection fee are called
"short call" cards. These phonecards should be used for that purpose. Please

7. Which should I buy, with or without connection fee?
It depends the way how you are going to use Instant Phonecard. If you plan to
use up your balance for one or two calls, you may want to go for a card with
connection fee. If you plan to use up your balance for more than four calls, you
may want to go for a card without connection fee. The thumb of rule is which way
saves your money, you go with it.
8. What is PhonecardOnsale.com return policy?

or refund provided that the card still has full amount of its face value and the

Once your credits hit 10, you should get your free Instant Phonecard within

14. Why the rate is lower than what I heard from customer service?
First of all, the customer service uses the face value to do the rate
calculation while we use our onsale price. Secondly, we get wholesale price by
ordering very large volumn. This makes us possible to provide lower rate to our
customers.
15. Does your Instant Phonecard use internet as communication media?
No. All phonecards on our site use high quality fiber optic cable as
communication media. We only sale phonecards selectively based on quality and
reliablity. Due to the quality issue of internet phonecall, we do not sale any
internet based phonecard.
16. Can I use it in other countries besides USA and Canada?
No. Currently, Our Instant Phonecard can be used only in USA and Canada. We

17. What is one minute inception fee?
Some of our phonecards have an one minute inception fee. Basically, it means
once the call goes through, you are assuming to make at least one minute phone
call.

19. Can I call cell phone?
Generally speaking, phonecards are not designed to call cell phone, specially
for international call. However, it depends on individual card. Some cards have
much high rate for cell phone. Some cards simple just don't work. Please call
the customer service to make sure what is going to happen, if you plan to use it
to call cell phone.
20. I am living in offshore states, i.e., Alaska, Hawaii
etc. Can I use your instant phonecards?
Some of our phonecards have no services in offshore states. Others have no
problem. However, the rate info may not apply to those states or areas. For
customers who live in those area, the best way is to call the customer service
1800#s listed in our website and make sure it works for you and the rate is what
you expect before purchase.
